Decades ago, when email was created, it was a way for researchers to share data and files amongst themselves. It wasn’t designed to be secure or private.

Most people are unaware that traditional email providers can read all of your messages. While your data is typically encrypted during digital transit, there is no end-to-end encryption.

A malicious employee or criminal hacker can access the data and read your private and sensitive content.

However, today, there are email providers that provide private, secure, encrypted email services. Serva|PRS uses Proton Mail for encrypted communication; however, full encryption is only maintained when both sender and recipient(s) use the same email provider.

HOW TO SECURELY CONTACT SERVA PRS 

1. Use your ProtonMail email account and email us at [email protected].
2. If you don’t have a ProtonMail account, here are the steps to creating a free account:
   1. Go to – https://proton.me/mail
   2. Click on “Get Proton Mail” on the top right of the screen.
   3. Select your plan. “Free” will be sufficient.
   4. Choose a Username and email extension.
   5. Create a strong password, record and secure it.
   6. Click on “Start Using Proton Mail now.”
3. Draft an email to ServaPRS, knowing your personal information is secure.
